Activities

Demonstrations, members’ artwork, displays and critiques are held at the  

Loftus Community Hall, 119 Loftus Avenue, Loftus 2232,  New South Wales, Australia.

An art library is also available for members to borrow technical art books, DVDs, magazines and videos for a small fee.

Workshops are usually held at the at the Community Hall at Loftus

Society Meetings

1st Wednesday of the month: Hall is set up at 11.00am. Members arrive at 12pm to see the Member’s Artwork Display, and visit the Library. At 12:30 there is a General Meeting to hear announcements from the president, followed by a Demonstration by a well-known artist.

Afternoon tea is provided. Cost: members $6, non-members $10. Finish 3.30pm.

2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesdays of the month 12:00pm – 3:30pm: Painting in the Hall:

Cost – members $6, non-members $10. A day for all members of the society to come together to paint in a friendly atmosphere and to support each other in an informal workshop type activity. Afternoon tea supplied.

5th Wednesday of the month:  No painting in the Hall. 

Other Activities:

A members Art Show is held each year at the Menai Marketplace
